Where's the Intercessor?

An intercessor is a man or woman-or child-who fights on behalf of others. As such, intercession is the activity that identifies us most with Christ. To be an intercessor is to be like Jesus because that is what Jesus is like. He ever lives to intercede. The intercessor is the person that fills the gap, the gap of sin.

Key points:
  • God makes us strong so that we can help others
  • Less than one percent of each of our lives is spend thinking about others and issues outside of ourselves because we are so caught up in our own "holes" and"breaches"
  • We have a tendency to make Jesus this mousy man when in reality, He is the greatest warrior of all time.
  • "It's not what this church can do for you, but what you can do for this church"
  • "It's not your skin and how you can save it, but it's how you can spend it for His glory"
  • 150,000 people went to Hell today. What did you do about it?
