-1 Peter 4:11 NLT
I've been meditating on this verse for the past couple of weeks and every time it is a great reminder that God is the ever present helper. He doesn't expect us to live alone, unassisted. I also like the NIV version:
If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.

-1Peter 4:11 NIV
This tells us that every word out of our mouths should come from the heart of God. God is going to give you the words to say in situations. However, we must also be rooted at established in the Word and Truth of God. When we are anchored in the Word, God's word flows through us.
Here's a practical analogy:
If you spend years in a foreign country, you're going to develop that areas accent. The same is true with God word. If you spend time in His "country" your going to develop His "accent"! And this accent is going to be natural and done without thinking about it.
The second part is even more exciting! When we choose to serve for the Kingdom of God which could be anything from picking up litter to witnessing to someone, God is going to give us energy and strength. Now, you can no longer say, "Well, I'm just not strong enough." God is going to give you the strength you need. But, you first need to take a step of faith. This might just be walking up to someone and just saying hi. You can have all the faith in the world but faith without works is nothing. So, know that God is going to be there and act on it!
"You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:6-8
